Images that reflect our clients’ needs and wants in accordance with their capacity, evaluating the limiting conditions of the existing property or proposed new build.
Budget and Scope Of Works
Establish budget, consult with the appropriate builder, joiner, project manager and consultants to ensure the design solutions meet the construction needs. Site Analysis includes a visit to the site to achieve a feel for the intention of the project brief and how services may be affected by it, identifying constraints of site and recording information and taking photos
Anecdotal images outlining our clients aesthetics and material tastes and preferences including colours, textures and finishes that have meaning and purpose to the client.
Develop scale and/or life size floor plans, 3D interactive renderings, and elevations outlining the intended function of the domestic spaces focusing on Internal access and accessibility, adaptability and visit-ability. Detailed design of interiors with flexible and manoeuvrable furniture, fittings and fixture .within the interior that can be used efficiently and comfortably with a minimum of effort and fatigue..

Source, Select and Specify
Sourcing accessible materials finishes and products for the interior solution of theresidential space that are relevant to the clientand meet all liveable needs for their specific circumstances. Ensuring these selections reflectthe theme and design concept. and are ergonomic and envitonmentally sustainable.
