Are you looking for a more restful, toxin free sleep? Or bedding without allergy-triggering chemicals? And a truly planet-friendly product? Or how to overcome anxiety with weighted blanket therapy? https://www.hempgallery.com.au/cushions-pillows/
Join Beatrice and Nicole Parker from Hemp Gallery Australia to learn about the health benefits of sleeping with Hemp. Hemp sheets are highly absorbent and breathable, which help to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. Hemp is naturally hypoallergenic, anti-viral and anti-bacterial. Because of this, it is an excellent choice for asthma and allergy sufferers. The idea of weighted-blanket therapy, also called deep-touch therapy, goes back to a basic human behavior known to calm us — being held. Clinical studies suggest that when certain pressure points on the body are stimulated by touch, the brain releases serotonin. This neurotransmitter is responsible for regulating various brain functions, including sleep and mood.

Environmental paint systems & a green approach to painting

Hosted by Rachael Devine, Resene Paints Australia

Environmental paint systems & paint technology exploring the difference between types of enamels, acrylics & waterborne enamels
St James Whitting’s collaboration with Resene paints has produced the Elementals Collection. Join Rachael Devine from Resene Paints to learn about the health benefits of using VOC free paints in your home. What are VOC’s and how do we create colourful, healthy interiors.  Discover the colours and technical information to transform your home with art and colour. Having a VOC free paint base is, of course, just one part of the puzzle. The other part is making sure you don’t add VOCs when it comes to tint. Resene formulates and manufactures its own exclusive tinters, which are highly concentrated and free of VOCs, so Resene colours can be tinted into decorative paint without changing the VOC levels of the paint itself. Resene Zylone Sheen VOC Free looks and performs the same as the standard product, just without the VOCs.
