RETRO RENTAL ON A BUDGET
Inspired by SJW Colour My World at the Sydney Home Show
We believe that colour plays an important part in creating beautiful interiors, although so many are afraid to use colour, and wanted to show what an impact colour can have on your emotions and lifestyle. Two original artworks Immersion II and Immersion III by Catherine Whitting provide a pop of colour as soon as you enter the beach side unit.
Hues of teal and yellow breathe life back into the tired mustard kitchen and evoke an indoor/outdoor beach theme of sea and sand. Tenacious tones of teal was used in the dining room to complement the existing mustard kitchen that was reinvigorated with a little pop of Florence Broadhurst wallpaper.
Before and After photos show the value of lighting and mirrors to reflect light, the power of a pot of paint in a POP of colour and the softness of textiles to transform a space on a budget.
